A relatively flat 5 mile run, through rolling terrain on country lanes, in the valley below the stunning Montgo mountain. There is almost no traffic once you are in the valley. Find a place to park near the round-about at the CV-734 and CV-740 (you'll see a FerroBox hardware store there). Head north to start up the Carrer dels Cantallops, then turn left on Cami Vell de Gata. Go west enjoying the scenary and follow the route. You'll end up back where you started.
Drive west from Javea on CV-734 towards Gata de Gorgos. Find a place to park near the round-about with CV-740, which heads towards Benitachell. There is a Ferro Box hardware store on the SE side of the round-about.
